Here’s a View of the “Lanikai Mokes” That Few Ever See

Most pictures of the Lanikai Mokes (those two little offshore islands) are taken from the shore against a turquoise ocean. If you didn’t know the place well, you would never guess this drone shot is of the same location – just from a radically different angle.  The “unstoppable” Cameron Brooks got a fantastic shot here that put the two mokes (“islands”) in the the sun’s reflection on the water which really highlights them.  You also get a great view of Lanikai’s sandy bottom sections which gives that striking turquoise color you usually see.
