Bodyboarder at Pipeline

The “Banzai Pipeline” surf spot on Oahu, aka “Pipe”, is arguably the scariest, most dangerous wave on the planet.  It forms a pipe-like hollow barrel which you can see forming here where this bodyboarder is about to have the ride of this life that he’ll never forget. What makes Pipe extra dangerous is that it breaks in shallow, razor sharp coral reefs. One wrong wipeout can result in very serious or fatal injuries.  But it’s great for spectating!
