Originally from Ohio, I made the trip to the Big Island in 2017. Following a brief stay in Maui, my quest to see Manta Rays led me to the Big Island, and I've been captivated ever since. In 2020, I joined forces with Dylan and the team to help create engaging content about the Big Island and Real Estate market. Now, I live in the southernmost part of the island with my girlfriend, where we're building our own tiny house on three acres that we purchased for $60,000.
