Celebrate a victory!
Biggest drop in new cases in over a week puts our 3 day average at world-beating levels.
It seems that the drastic actions we’ve taken are taking hold – today we only had 16 new cases – the lowest number of new cases since 3/27. We’re now at a 3-day average growth of 6.7%, far below even the standard-setting Japan rate (currently at 9.1%).
The downside is that both deaths are increasing (+1 today) as well as required hospitalization (+5).
