Drop in new cases, first death, and +1 hospitalization.
Please like and share if you find this helpful so others can see it.
Today we had a drop in new cases (20 vs. 29 yesterday) and it’s bringing down our 3 day rolling average. We’re still behind the global growth curve but still slower than the US mainland.
Sadly, we had our 1st death and also increased hospitalization by 1 person.
We can all help to continue bending the curve downward by taking this seriously with self-isolation, social distancing, and frequent hand-washing.

And thank you for the quick response. I did see the comment to wait before visiting, but I am asking that you repeat that message, until it sinks in and people get the message. The CDC has just posted strong evidence about how asymptomatic people can be while spreading the disease. And people are still coming here. With a forum like yours that reaches so many people, you could help us all out by reminding people to hold off with every one of your posts. Please.
Could you please use this forum to encourage people to postpone their trips to Hawai’i? The islands have are basically on lockdown, visitors are supposed to go into immediate 14-day quarantine, but they are not doing so. The virus was brought to the islands from the outside, and we are frankly poorly equipped to deal with it. Please let people know that everything is closed and to just stay away!
Thank you Pat for the comment. I did say that in my YouTube video on this topic which is getting a lot of views right now. And now we have your comment published!
